While we are open and ready to serve, we note that orders fulfilled via our secondary delivery partner, Australia Post are currently experiencing delays.
This affects the following delivery options: considered remote by our primary delivery partner Sendle (typically remote/rural), express post, parcel lockers & po boxes. Australia Post is used as a delivery partner in these circumstances due to delivery network and cost. Typically orders are fulfilled via Sendle.
For the flat rate option, this can mean delays from a few days to up to 10, depending on location.
For the express post option, delays may occur, but, will remain the fastest postal delivery option.
