Australian Retail Domestic
*Orders will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after they have been received. You will receive an email advising that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. The 2 shipping providers are Sendle and Australia Post (for remote orders).

Shipping will be determined by either standard delivery to your door, express post (at your own cost) and/or if a delivery address is considered remote (by Sendle). For standard shipping, this will be provided by Sendle, which is a courier service delivering to your physical address without a signature required on delivery. Within Sendle's delivery network, 6% of their deliveries are considered remote. Where a physical delivery address is considered remote, the delivery will be fulfilled by Australia Post.

Please note that Sendle does not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Sendle does however, deliver to a network of newsagents, convenience stores, independent supermarkets and service stations. These are either a Parcel Connect or POPStore.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays provided by our delivery providers.

We also shall alter our shipping rates from time to time based on shipping rate changes received from our delivery providers.

International Retail

Orders will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after they have been received. You will receive an email advising that your order has been shipped along with tracking information. The shipping provider is Sendle and its global postal network.

Liability for import, tax and other charges associated with your order will be your responsibility.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays provided by our delivery providers.

We also shall alter our shipping rates from time to time based on shipping rate changes received from our delivery providers.
